Painting

THE SEMI-TRAILER IS PAINTED BY "PRIME SYSTEM" THREE-STAGE PAINT SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY:
• Surface treatment in a blastroom;
• Priming with primer containing corrosion protection elements;
• Painting with European premium enamels.

Heat Insulation

BONUM THERMO-X IS AN ADVANCED HEAT INSULATION SYSTEM FOR THE TANKER:

• Insulation is multi-layer, 150 mm thick, based on mineral wool with increased thermal efficiency and a foil shielding layer;
• Superdiffusion damp-proof membrane with one-sided permeability - allows to remove moisture from insulation and prevents its penetration from outside;
• Thermal insulation of the elements of the tank structure adjacent to the bulb and the filler neck area;
• Heat-insulating additional layer between flask and cladding.
