Painting

THE SEMI-TRAILER IS PAINTED BY "PRIME SYSTEM" THREE-STAGE PAINT SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY:
• Surface treatment in a blastroom;
• Priming with primer containing corrosion protection elements;
• Painting with European premium enamels.

Heat Insulation

BONUM THERMO-X IS AN ADVANCED HEAT INSULATION SYSTEM FOR THE TANKER:

• Insulation is 150 mm thick. Mineral wool-based insulation has increased thermal insulation coefficient and foil shielding layer;
• Super-diffusion moisture barrier membrane with one-way permeability allows moisture to escape from the insulation and prevents it from entering from the outside;
• BONUM tankers got thermal insulation of the tank’s structural elements adjacent to the bulb and the filler neck area.
